We will listen to your desires, your dreams, your needs, and what you want and we will observe your surroundings, we will take notes, photographs, and measurements. We will then prepare a blueprint with an initial estimate detailing the steps required to create your landscape design along with anticipated pricing and timeline. Subject to review, adjustments, and changes. This phase includes constant monitoring and interaction. We work closely with you to design a space that is beautiful, functional, and completed on schedule and on budget.

At our final review meeting, you will be presented with an extensive portfolio of material that will typically include:

Two copies of a professionally drawn and scaled landscape design and detailed plan.

Additional sketches of structures such as screens, pergolas, or custom doors to help you visualize the finished product if needed. A set of explanatory notes with more details of all hardscape materials, furniture, and containers, including hyperlinks. Collages of photos and digital images, a video where you can see your dream about to come true, a tour of your new backyard finished without having started yet. The previous documentation will also be provided digitally.
